The Las Arenas Hostel
The Las Arenas hostel is one of the first tourist hotels to open in Es Cana, back in the 1950’s still maintaining it’s privileged position overlooking the small fishing harbour and the sandy beach beyond. The family Colomar still own and run this cosy hotel with warmth and hospitality.
The Las Arenas has only 20 rooms and most overlook the sea some with a terrace. All the rooms are very well equipped with either ensuite bath or shower. This economical hostel includes a full breakfast for all guests.
The hotel has a bar/cafe with its own bakery shop supplying large variety of breads and cakes and afternoon teas are a must on the shady terrace.
The tastefully decorated restaurant serves delicious local and international cuisine with seating outside on the candlelit terrace overlooking the harbour and sea or inside there is a satellite TV and air conditioning.
A roof terrace provides a quiet haven to take the sun with wonderful views overlooking the sea the sandy beach small islands and rugged coastline.
A good friendly reasonably priced location in the centre of Es Cana with plenty of pubs, bars, restaurants, shops buses, taxis, and ferry’s to other surrounding resorts. With only 20 rooms this hotel fills up fast!
