One of the unique features of the hotel are the duplex-type cabins, which boast their own individual entrances beside the pool. The hotel is not recommended for families with children under the age of 16.
The hotel was completely renovated in 2003 and now consist of well appointed rooms complete with air conditioning Sat TV, mini bar, direct line telephone, hairdryer, and a balcony. The Hotel Palmyra has a large swimming pool with ample sun terraces and loungers with bar service, and on the nearby beach there is a complete range of water sports available. The hotel has a restaurant and a bar and most summer evenings there is entertainment, including quizzes competitions games etc.
